Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Trim tops of fennel bulb to remove the fronds and stalks. Thinly trim the bottom of the bulb to remove brown spot.
  2. Vertically slice the bulb in half. Place cut side down and thinly slice the bulb half. Repeat with other half.
  3. Place in a bowl and dress with lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste.
