Karen featured the cutest outfits in her post about transitioning the lace tank into fall which inspired me to put this outfit together.
She had worn her beautiful lace top with olive pants in the summer. In her transition to fall outfit she actually styled it with bootcut jeans and added a mustard cardigan.
I thought the mustard would look great with my olive Old Navy Pixie pants. I paired it with booties but it could also be worn with pumps or flats.
To add a bit more interest (and that 3rd element) I added my colorful beaded necklace that I bought through Women at Risk, International.
This outfit would also look good with a denim jacket or a pink cardigan. I noticed I don’t have any pink cardigans. I think I will need to be on the lookout for one. These pants would also look good with a blush colored shirt but I don’t have that either. I need to start keeping notes!

Love this look! I’ve been wanting a lace top. It looks great with a cardigan for fall. And I do love that necklace!
It took me a while to find a lace top I liked. I tried several on that were too sheer, or too clingy. I actually wanted a tee but this tank is working out just fine. I like the longer length and the crochet-y feel to it (not really lace).
