I’m joining some Blended Blog ladies in the series “Styled by Someone Else” where we recruit someone with styling help. Some ladies have been styled by their children, their sisters or their mothers. To catch the past posts go here, here and here.
My plan was to ask my 16 year old daughter if she would be my stylist as I think she has good taste. Unfortunately she was busy so I moved to plan B. My husband was a good sport and he jumped right in as a substitute.
Here’s what he came up with…
Outfit number one
He likes my skinny jeans so he started with those. Then he added this lightweight floral Cabi top layered over a white tank. He even picked out thisChico’s necklace.
Outfit number two
He swapped the skinny jeans for white jeans and the floral top for a black checked shirt and the silver necklace for a bold white one. I like the black and white outfit he came up with!
Well done sweetie! I’d wear both of these outfits! Now, more importantly, where are you going to take me if I wear them?
Now hop on over to Sarah’s blog to see who styled her!
Good job, Michael! I’d be curious to see what MY guy would pick for ME to wear!
Me too! Try it!
Nice work Michael!
Hee hee!
Well done, hubby!!!
?
These outfits are very you! Your husband did a great job!
He knows what I like…
hehe, I love that he stepped up and did not one but two outfits! I adore the second one, looks great on you!
Thanks Sarah! I agree – he did well!
I’m so impressed at how well the husbands are doing! Who knew they had fashion sense!
My hubby actually did the men’s GYPO. Since I’ve started taking an interest in fashion, he’s upped his game!
He did great! I love the second outfit, it must be the black and white lover in me, anyways, awesome selections!
Yes, I liked that one too!
Your prince did a great job. That first top is dreamy like a Monet! But the second outfit is so you (to me). Love when you wear gingham or checks. Hope my PC can dress me as well when the time comes.
It *does* look like a Monet! Yes, I agree. Checks, stripes and polka dots are ME!
