  • My kids went on a ski trip this past weekend. They had real snow on the ground *and*it snowed on them while they were skiing! They made it there and back safely so I’m really thankful for that!
  • Since my kids were gone, my husband and I had several things planned for the weekend. One was to go to dinner with our moms and then to see the Phantom of the Opera.
  • Michael had a 5K race with his F3 group so Saturday morning, Penny and I went on a little adventure. Since Karla blogged about it on her blog, I had been wanting to check out the Little Free Libraries around me. I am also behind on taking pictures for my class so I brought my camera along.Free Little LibraryI had so much fun that Michael wanted to go with me! The next day, on Sunday, after church and lunch at my mom’s we drove down to St. Augustine and found three Little Free Libraries down there!

  1. I had not heard of Free Little Library before – but how fun! There are none near me – but one near my in-laws, so I might have to check it out. Or, I have a lot of books to re-cycle so I could start my own, maybe.

    I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never seen Phantom of the Opera. Gotta get on that!
